 I love this store, the workers (at least those who have attended me) are very friendly and are always willing to help you choose brands and products. You also gain membership if you are a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda es linda y bien surtida, sin embargo la atención fue peor que pésima; las empleadas de esta sucursal en particular están totalmente desinteresadas en ser de utilidad además de tener una actitud muy poco servicial. Nos tuvieron esperando por más de una hora ya que no quisieron hacer válido el cupón de cumpleaños y sólo nos ignoraron sin hacer nada por resolver la situación; finalmente cobraron el precio completo invalidando sin mayor reparo el cupón, por lo que la espera fue totalmente en vano. Hicieron de la visita a Sally una de las peores experiencias.
The store is nice and well stocked, however the service was worse than lousy; the employees at this particular branch are totally uninterested in being helpful as well as having a very unhelpful attitude. They kept us waiting for more than an hour since they did not want to validate the birthday coupon and just ignored us without doing anything to resolve the situation; finally they charged the full price, invalidating the coupon without any qualms, so the wait was totally in vain. They made visiting Sally one of the worst experiences.

They treated me very well, the store did not have as much assortment in the branch I went to so I did not find what I was looking for (scrubs) so I had to go look for them in another branch. Where did I not find the product I was looking for
