★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atención, estaba acostumbrada a la excelente atención por parte del personal, tuve que buscar mis propios productos, solicité ayuda y de mala gana me indicaron lo que buscaba, y ahí me dejaron, nadie se acercó a atenderme aún cuando me vieron buscando más productos, en la fila para pagar, estuve parada más 8 minutos, y no abrían la siguiente caja, eso sí, un par de chicos abrazados en uno de los pasillos!! ? Y después me pregunta uno de ellos que si voy a pagar!! Era obvio el porqué estaba ahí parada!! Terrible atención, extraño su tienda de fórum, extraño a las chicas que antes solo estaban para auxiliarte y ofrecer nuevos y mejores productos!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the store and the products they carry, but the associates at the Averanda branch follow you throughout the tiny store checking your every move as if they were watchdogs ready to rip your arm off if you touch something. I bet there are people that steals stuff but just having someone breathing down your neck while you browse products takes the excitement of shopping and turns it into a distasteful experience.
