Me dijo que no lo podía cancelar, cuando yo ni siquiera había pagado ? 3 minutos le tomo volver a cobrar, no se si le quite su tiempo de estar en el chisme con sus compañeros en lugar de atiendiendo a los clientes, eso nunca me ha pasado en ningún Sally de otras ciudades antes, con mala cara y actitud me hizo el cambio, me lleve otros productos porque también tenía un cupón de 20%, cuando me hizo el cobro le pregunté si me aplico el descuento y me dijo que si.... Al ver el ticket me di cuenta que NO me hicieron el descuento, regrese y otra vez estaba platicando con sus compañeros, me dijo que solo se podía canjear un cupón, cuando antes de pagar yo le pregunté! Mi error no fue ver los precios antes.... En fin pésima atención y se que aquí en Carmen piensan que así son las cosas pero NO, así no es la atención al cliente.
