★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de las empleadas en general nunca ha sido buena, entre déspotas y desganadas. Ahora con las restricciones por la cuarentena su regla de no pasar más de una persona por familia o amig@s la aplican según su "criterio", ya que en dos ocasiones me he percatado que dejan entrar a dos personas juntas que van juntas (talvez familia o amistades). Cuando a mi y a otras personas sí nos han aplicado la "regla" de sólo una persona por familia. Por lo que he visto hacen sus excepciones según la edad y apariencia del cliente.
Que pena su criterio, afortunadamente mi familiar que entró se dió cuenta del hecho y ya no les compró los productos que había escogido.
Torpemente no se dan cuenta que con esas actitudes ponen en riesgo su trabajo.
 The attention of the employees in general has never been good, between despots and reluctant. Now with the quarantine restrictions, their rule of not passing more than one person per family or friends is applied according to their "criteria", since on two occasions I have noticed that they allow two people to enter together who go together (perhaps family or friends). When the "rule" of only one person per family has been applied to me and other people. From what I have seen, they make their exceptions according to the age and appearance of the client.
What a shame their judgment, fortunately my relative who entered realized the fact and no longer bought the products they had chosen.
Clumsily they do not realize that with these attitudes they put their work at risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sally's, la dueña de mis quincenas hahaha tienen tantas cosas que siempre que voy salgo con mas de lo que necesito y jamas me arrepiento de la compra! Tienen la mejor variedad de esmaltes (pregunten por las marcas que tienen la brochita ancha, son buenisimos!). Utilizo tintes de fantasia desde hace 17 años, y puedo decir que aquí encontraran todos los colores que ven en instagram o pinterest. Les recomiendo manic panic y la mayoria de colores de ion (los de la gamma pastel y neon quedan padres pero solo en cabellos practicamente blancos). Los productos koreanos son de mis favoritos, especialmente el delineador en pluma y en lapiz "indelebles".
Sally's, the owner of my fortnight hahaha have so many things that whenever I go I go out with more than I need and I never regret the purchase! They have the best variety of enamels (ask for the brands that have the wide brooch, they are great!). I have been using fantasy tints for 17 years, and I can say that here you will find all the colors you see on instagram or pinterest. I recommend manic panic and most of the ion colors (those of the pastel gamma and neon look great but only in practically white hair). Korean products are my favorites, especially the "indelible" pen and pencil liner.

They sell products that do not serve as the water spray, I bought 2 different ones and none worked; and to change them they put many obstacles even though they see that they are the ones that only they sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las chicas son amables, mantienen las medidas de seguridad e higiene. La atención al cliente es muy buena, si no encuentras lo que buscan, ellas te avisan personalmente a tu cel, cuando llegan.
The girls are friendly, they maintain safety and hygiene measures. Customer service is very good, if you don't find what they are looking for, they will personally notify you at your cell phone when they arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN! De weva la tipa!!!! Parece que le vas a pedir prestado algo!! Que no tien algún tipo de capacitación!!!!! O por lo menos antes de contratarlas, que les pidan experiencia en atención al cliente, actitud de servicio, con educación, con sentido común etc. etc.
AWFUL ATTENTION! From weva the tipa !!!! It seems that you are going to borrow something! That they don't have any kind of training !!!!! Or at least before hiring them, ask them for experience in customer service, service attitude, education, common sense, etc. etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que voy no me atienden. Hasta que me les acerco me ayudan. Fui a preguntar sobre un tinte y la muchacha de cabello anaranjado primero se río de lo que había pasado con mi cabello y ya después me dijo su recomendación (muy de mala gana burlona). La verdad no iría a esta tienda. Es mil veces mejor la de galerías.
Whenever I go they don't take care of me. Until I approach them, they help me. I went to ask about a dye and the girl with orange hair first laughed at what had happened to my hair and then she told me her recommendation (very reluctantly mocking). I really would not go to this store. Galleries is a thousand times better.
