★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malicimo servico al cliente, al "subgerente" se fue a comer y yo esperando una devolucion que nunca me quisieron hacer condicionandome a una tarjeta de regalo, y sus politicas de devolucion son regresar el monto de la compra por el medio de pago. Mi compra la hice el mismo día y la regrese al no cumplir con lo que necestaba por lo que el empaque esta sin abrir ni uso transcurrieron esacos 5 min de diferenicia en la compra. No es justo que por temas en beneficio de la tienda NO TE PERMITAN HACER DEVOLUCIONES.
Malicimo served the client, the "assistant manager" went to eat and I was waiting for a return that they never wanted to make me conditional on a gift card, and their return policies are to return the purchase amount by means of payment. I made my purchase the same day and returned it when I did not comply with what I needed, so the packaging is unopened or used, there were about 5 minutes of difference in the purchase. It is not fair that due to issues for the benefit of the store, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE RETURNS.
