★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me venden al preguntar la mejor cera depiladora y al usarla está caducada y no sirve para nada fui y me la cambiaron por otra más cara y me dicen que además que es más cara esa necesita papel para despegarla,compro en casi $500 y salgo esperanzada otra vez a su recomendación,pues tristemente está peor,ahora perdí ticket y dinero y me siento estafada.La cera Gigi es un chicle caliente que se pega a la piel y al quererla retirar se pega a los dedos y uñas, nunca me había pasado esto tengo años de ser cliente,ya lo reporte y me dicen verán si al hablar con la gerente que opina y ellos me mandan correo,les platicaré más adelante que sucede y si se hacen responsables o no
