Las vendedoras me trataron pésimo, traía una maleta y no dejaban de seguirme como si fuera a robarme algo, cuando llegue a la caja no quisieron cobrarme los dos productos que llevaba con el pretexto de que no había servicio cuando vi que a otras personas les cobraban! Me gusta mucho esta tienda, la de Arquímedes y Masarik está súper ubicada. Te atienden super bien, muy atentas. Pude entrar con mi perro y comprar tranquilamente sin estar preocupada por dejarlo afuera.

NO DAN LA GARANTIA QUE INDICAN. UNA ESTAFA. NO COMPREN PRODUCTOS ELECTRICOS. Compré una secadora de alta gama, y me la dieron rota. Fui a la sucursal donde la compré porque en el ticket dice que hay garantia de 3 años y devolucion de reembolso en los 60 dias habiles desde la compra, en mi caso no habia pasado ni un mes. Y ni me devuelven el dinero, ni me la cambian, ni me dan solucion. Me dicen q llame a un telefono y nadie responde, pq dice la de la tienda que no ha personal por Covid. Pésimo atencion de la responsable, de sally por incumplir con su Garantía y no brindar solucion, ni cambio de secadora, ni reembolso ni nada de lo q indica el ticket en la garantia y lo q me vendieron. Le pido hablar con su responsable y me niega la comunicacion. Conclusion tengo una secadora de menos de un mes de alta gama Babyliss PRO Tourmaline Titanium 3000 que suelta aire por el cable, que no calienta siempre en el modo de aire caliente y q al moverla se escucha una pieza suelta.

Pésima atención, no conocen sus productos. Llegas indicando lo que buscas y te quieren vender lo que ellas quieren. Como no quise ninguna de sus recomendaciones, me empezaron a ignorar y cuando voy a pagar el pretexto de la vieja confiable no hay sistema y le podemos cobrar hasta dentro de 10 minutos mientras las veías que no hacían nada.
