★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable la poca capacitación de las personas que atienden o con poca ética y se pasan de listas y te ofrecen productos que no son lo que tú necesitas y como la mercancía está empacada te hacen creer que es lo que pediste. 2do. al tratar de tramitar el cambio y/o devolución del artículo resulta que dentro de sus políticas incluyen una serie de supuestos que hacen imposible el cambio, me siento defrauda.
Unfortunate the little training of the people who attend or with little ethics and they go over the top and offer you products that are not what you need and as the merchandise is packed they make you believe that it is what you asked for. 2nd. When trying to process the exchange and/or return of the item, it turns out that within their policies they include a series of assumptions that make the exchange impossible, I feel disappointed.

Fui por un protector de cabello, y al preguntar solo me dieron dos opciones (las más caras) poco después veo opciónes mas baratas, pido el cambio y me niegan, diciendome qué no existen cancelaciones, obligandome a pagar un producto que yo no quería
Terrible service, the workers treat you as if they don't want what you buy them.
I went for a hair protector, and when I asked they only gave me two options (the most expensive) shortly after I see cheaper options, I ask for the change and they deny me, telling me that there are no cancellations, forcing me to pay for a product that I did not want

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Sally's but unfortunately they day i went i was attended by one of their employees that seem she wanted me out of there. tallest employee there kept asking if i was done. Even dismissed me when i wanted to pay for my things and helped another customer. I completely felt uncomfortable.
