★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cambiaron el vuelo a última hora, un día menos de lo que se había acordado, no te reembolsan y al final del viaje pregunte si debía llenar nuevamente el formato que te piden de covid en el aeropuerto, a lo que respondieron que no era necesario porque no lo estaban pidiendo y cuando llego al aeropuerto resulta q si lo estaban pidiendo ? y pues perdida de tiempo, no lo recomiendo la verdad, al inicio que pides informes te tratan muy bien, pero una vez liquidado el paquete olvídate de ellos ? te dan gato por liebre y cuando les dices oye.. yo pagué por esto, solo dicen que no es posible ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi en lo personal no me gusto.... no cumplieron lo que venia en el paquete...
Tuve que ir varias veces porque no me resolvían mis dudas ya que no me.contestaban los inbox todavía un día antes del viaje no me otorgaban los boletos de avión. Solo se pasaban la pelotilla entre todas.
Y cabe aclarar que compramos un paquete para 14 personas.
Lamento tanto ver comprado con ellos....
