★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MALA CALIDAD EN LOS PRODUCTOS (tenis en especifico), NO SE HACEN RESPONSABLES POR GARANTÍA, compré unos tenis el 16-06-2020 y se agrietaron en la suela un día después. Al día de hoy 04-08-2020 no me devuelven mi dinero, ni me reponen los tenis y lo que es peor me solicitaron los tenis para enviarlos a la CDMX para garantía y hasta ahora es día que no veo ninguna solución.
POOR QUALITY IN THE PRODUCTS (tennis specifically), THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WARRANTY, I bought some tennis shoes on 06-16-2020 and they cracked on the sole a day later. As of today 08-04-2020 they do not return my money, nor do they replace my tennis shoes and what is worse they asked me for the tennis shoes to send them to the CDMX for guarantee and until now it is the day that I do not see any solution.
