Cuando fui a mi cita, resulta que se referían a balayage y si era como yo quería iba a ser aún más caro. Acepté porque tenía preparado para el presupuesto que me dieron al principio. Durante la sesión varios de sus asistentes estuvieron tocando mi cabello, y me pareció que eran aprendices porque Rubén les iba diciendo qué hacer. La mezcla para decolorar nunca estaba en su punto ya que decía “no! Le echaste más de tal cosa, échale más del otro” “no! Quedó muy aguado” “ahora quedó muy espeso” y en todas esas ocasiones aún así me lo puso. La planchada fue lo peor, veía mi cabello muy frágil y pasaban la plancha súper lento. Al tercer día vi mi cabello quemadísimo. A los dos días lo lavé y lo vi muy chicloso. Con muchísimos productos logré rescatarlo. No recomiendo este lugar.
