Lugar techado, cuenta con una alberca que si bien no es grande o profunda, puede ser utilizada como decoración o para entretener a los niños. La localización no es su fuerte ya que el acceso a autos es un poco reducido. Pero es una buena solución para cuando se necesita un espacio para algún evento especial.
