★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is ok, nothing above and beyond. The one at T2 is slightly better. The biggest issue is that they don't have bar service until after 10am for so.e reason. Every other bar/restaurant in every other airport I've ever flown out of has bar service 24/7. You can get a beer at every other bar restaurant at this very airport before 10am, but for some reason, Banamex refuses to partake. I fail to see the benefit of being a cardholder and being allowed to stay at this so-called premium waiting lounge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recomend this place inside the airport, specially if you got a delay in your flight. The service is incredible and everything is tasty!! I was with a terrible throat ache, and the waiters sugested a cup of tea with a touch of honey... they make bare the 6 hours delay on my flight??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, good hot food and snacks, and variety of drinks including alcoholic and teas, they now include a free 15 minutes massage session which is great. Highly recommend coming here if you qualify for more than one VIP room and choose this room over the others.

Luis is an increíble waiter and Tere in the Frontdesk. What I never understood it was why they couldn’t help me with my parking special rate. I read in my benefits that I have 50% discount in parking services and they don’t know anything about it.
I hope they can solve this in their web site. Otherwise Service is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually crash here in the meantime I board my plain, you can work, use the Internet and get food and beverages. The staff is very kind. The only drawback with this one in particular is that is a bit far from the international gates at terminal 1
