Good service and quite filling menu. Music needs to be programmed before.

A disgusting room, the entertainer was rude, cut the music, and made faces at all. Not to mention, they wanted to charge us for a children's plate that my 10-year-old brother-in-law had. The overbearing and arrogant fat man like everyone except the waiters. DO NOT RENT IF THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROVIDE A SERVICE.

Party room with parking, is what I like, that there is where to leave your car.

Point one. They did not comply with the time established in the contract. Two. The food has no flavor, cold and when we left they gave us the food that was left but they put together what was left over from the guests' plates and they put it that way as it brought pieces of bread and chili peppers. Three. The bathrooms do not have water. Four. The owner has a terrible character. The truth is that they leave a lot to say about this room, it is beautiful, but poorly attended.

Lousy! Service, the owner is very despicable! Bad information and it changes things the day of the event, food in bad condition! , on the night of the event I was already GONE !! Rude, servers demanding tip! , rude and the owner at all times bothering .. for nonsense things.

VERY NICE PLACE, VERY BAD SERVICE. The waiters demand a tip, but worst of all, they impose the fee, $50 pesos, but PER PERSON!!! And if you don't give them, they get angry and go to complain to the owner, who, by the way, is not attentive at all and gets upset for everything. Perhaps $50 pesos is nothing, but the way they demand and impose the fee is very annoying; TIPS ARE EARNED!!! In addition to that, they DO NOT RESPECT the times of your event, they decide how and when to do the things that you have planned, example: they put the mornings when they want, not at the time that you contemplated it according to your program, they do not wait that he, she or the celebrated ones come to break the cake, IT'S VALUE FOR THEM!!! They put on the mornings and immediately announce that the cake is going to be broken without caring that the interested people are present at that moment. IT IS A LACK OF RESPECT!!! As if that were not enough, the owner is with her family at your event, perhaps it is not bad that it is so, but what does seem an abuse to me is that her relatives are treated as guests; you pay a service FOR YOUR GUESTS not for others you don't even know. If it is very annoying that she takes that audacity: her children participate in the piñatas, they line up to be given sweets and cake, and if they do not give them, as expected, the owner is offended and very upset. Another situation is that she decides when your party ends, she almost almost kicks you out. AWFUL ATTENTION AND SERVICE!!! The only thing that was worth it was the valet parking; the manager is very kind and attentive. The room is incredible, too bad THE SERVICE LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED. Do not be fooled by appearances, if you are going to invest it should be in a place where they do respect what is established and take good care of you. You are paying for a service, they are not giving it to you so that they do what they want and do not respect what was agreed.
