★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de la señora que nos alquilo el salón antes de que se completarán las 8 horas ya estaba quitando las mesas, fue muy incómodo para mis invitados por qué parecía que nos estaban corriendo, se expresó muy mal de nuestro adorno diciendo " me quitan todas sus porquerías que colgaron" tuvimos que pagar $300 demas por qué ya nos habíamos pasado por unos minutos
Me quedo un mal sabor de boca, no recomiendo para nada este salón" estan bonitas las instalaciones, pero el trato es pésimo ???????
Lousy service from the lady who rented us the room before the 8 hours were completed I was already removing the tables, it was very uncomfortable for my guests why it seemed they were running us, expressed very badly about our ornament saying "I they take away all their crap that hung up "we had to pay $ 300 too much why we had already spent a few minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, le daríamos 0 si se pudiera, mala atención, todos los juegos y pasto con suciedad (de perros y vidrios rotos), la alberca de pelotas con charcos de agua estancada al fondo y sucia (las pelotas ni se diga!), no había gas porque tenian una fuga en la estufa(según nos hicieron un favor al no poner gas ya que estaban cuidando a nuestros invitados de la fuga que NUNCA mencionaron que tenían, ya que se les preguntó y dijeron que todo estaba en excelentes condiciones); el refrigerador no sirvió adecuadamente,la dueña del salón no soluciona problemas,es muy déspota cuando se le menciona, te dice luego te marco y cuelga. Los trabajadores no comienzan servicio de tirolesa, cuando los niños les preguntaban, ellos contestaban que hasta que llegara otro compañero y hasta que les reclamas fueron q comenzaron con el servicio ya casi para terminar la fiesta. Hubo muchísimas más cosas mal, pero en fin! En mi experiencia fue lo peor de lo peor en servicio e higiene; lo cual hizo de mi evento una mala experiencia hasta con mis invitados. Lástima de servicio porque en sí la estructura del salón es muy bonita y no volvería a jamás a rentarlo y mucho menos recomendarlo! Pésimo!!
Terrible service, we would give you 0 if we could, bad attention, all the games and grass with dirt (from dogs and broken glass), the ball pool with puddles of stagnant water at the bottom and dirty (the balls not to mention!), there was no gas because they had a leak in the stove (according to they did us a favor by not putting gas since they were taking care of our guests from the leak that they NEVER mentioned they had, since they were asked and they said that everything was in excellent condition) ; the refrigerator did not serve properly, the owner of the room does not solve problems, she is very despotic when she is mentioned, she tells you then I mark you and hang up. The workers do not start the zip line service, when the children asked them, they answered that until another colleague arrived and until you complained, they began with the service almost to end the party. There were many more things wrong, but anyway! In my experience it was the worst of the worst in service and hygiene; which made my event a bad experience even with my guests. Too bad of the service because in itself the structure of the room is very beautiful and I would never rent it again, much less recommend it! Appalling!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar muy bonito. Tiene un área de juegos muy grande. Pero si llueve no cuenta con lona. Y si conectan sonido la carga electrica no aguanta y se notan las pastillas a cada rato.
Very nice place. It has a very large play area. But if it rains, there is no canvas. And if they connect sound, the electric charge does not hold and the pills are noticeable all the time.
