From the moment you enter you smell such an exquisite perfume, the very professional staff, each sector of the room is decorated with a lot of design and very well thought out, this room transmits so much love that you do not want to leave, I always recommend them BB THE MOST!!! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While vacationing in Cancun I found BB hair spa salon on IG. I don’t speak or understand Spanish so I had my hotel call to make a hair appointment for me. The folks at the salon didn’t speak much English so we communicated via google translate.
My hair stylist Belen gave me an awesome haircut, balayage and style. She was really detail and didn’t rush through the process. The entire process took 4 hours but I had a great time chatting with her and her brother Luis via google translate and English.
I wished I had photos but I didn’t take any with my phone. Hopefully BB hair spa salon posted them on their IG.
If you’re in Cancun and want a new fresh haircut, color, style, etc. you should definitely pay them a visit. They are outside of the hotel zone (where we stayed) but the R2 bus will drop you off in front of Walmart, and it’s a short walk from there. Alternatively, you can always Uber.
Will definitely go back when I’m in Cancun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to a new stylist can make any blonde a little nervous. Add a language barrier to that, without the ability to really explain what you want, and it’s anybody’s guess what your hair might look like when you leave...Taking all of that into consideration, the staff at BB was amazing. They were able to accommodate a day of appointment. The receptionist provided me the ability to schedule via WhatsApp, and she was very responsive. Between a lot of broken English, broken Spanish, Google translate, laughter, and skill, Maria Belen did fabulous work on my hair. Luis was very attentive to offer me WiFi, coffee, and even some travel tips. Their kindness and patience with my lack of Spanish made me feel very comfortable. I’m so happy with my base color touch up and highlights; it looks amazing! I do have one suggestion: make Luna the official BB mascot. Thank you, BB! I wish I could stay in Cancun to have you as my regular salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being in at the beach for two weeks turned my hair bright yellow and orange. I came here for hair toning and they fixed it completely and it was no longer yellow! Everyone were really friendly and nice and they gave us lots of recommendations to do around cancun! Would definitely recommend!
