★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar, la verdad todos son muy amables, tenían un poco de dificultad al encontrarlo pero nada que con maps no se arregle. Si pueden hagan cita antes de acudir para que pasen rápido, además tienen promociones y los lunes me parece que el corte de cabello más barato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de Carolina para reservar mi cita por 1era vez para retoque de tinte/canas fue buena y amable, pero me asignaron a una chica (Ana) que no tenía experiencia en elegir ni en aplicar el tinte. Encima me lo dejó más tiempo de pose y me irritó el cuero cabelludo. Hasta ahora tengo comezón y me queda en los dedos restos de tinte que no me enjuagó bien. Al final la chica que me cobró (ya no era Carolina) ni siquiera me confirmó el servicio y me dio la impresión que no sabía lo que me habían hecho, mientras me dio la cifra más alta que le vino a la mente. Aunque fue mi culpa no preguntar antes, me pareció un precio muy caro para un simple retoque mal hecho, sin peinado y evidentemente sin baño de color pues no se nota. Elegí el lugar por la cercanía a mi trabajo y porque tenía poco tiempo pero resultó tardado y mal. No regresaré más.
Carolina's attention to book my appointment for the 1st time to touch up dye / gray hair was good and kind, but they assigned me to a girl (Ana) who had no experience in choosing or applying the dye. On top of that, he left it on me longer in the pose and it irritated my scalp. So far I'm itchy and I have traces of dye on my fingers that I didn't rinse well. In the end, the girl who charged me (it was no longer Carolina) did not even confirm the service and gave me the impression that she did not know what they had done to me, while she gave me the highest figure that came to mind. Although it was my fault for not asking before, I thought it was a very expensive price for a simple retouching done poorly, without combing and obviously without color coating, because it is not noticeable. I chose the place because of its proximity to my work and because I had little time, but it turned out to be slow and bad. I will not return anymore.
