★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comenzando por lo malo, pésima ventilación, 2 ventiladores de tamaño reducido es todo lo que ofrecen y rara vez funcionan al mismo tiempo, ventanas pequeñas y escasas es lo que ofrecen. Puedes realizar eventos, a mi parecer, para 300 personas cómodamente. El estacionamiento es un poco incómodo, al ser de tierra suelta, pero muy privado, al encontrarse dentro de la propiedad. Por todo lo demás es funcional con área de cocina, baños, un área empastada, un amplia área para bailar. Es recomendable, pero si hay que mejorar la ventilación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amplio lugar, se pueden distribuir las mesas con suficiente espacio sin estar apretadisimos. La pista para bailar es un buen espacio. Lo que si debes considerar es que las suelas de tus zapatos sean antiderrapantes ya que el piso es muy liso.
El jardín está lindo, pero si contratas un brincolín asegúrate de que cumpla las normas de seguridad ya que cualquier accidente el salón ni nadie se hará responsable. Y avisa a tus invitados que estén al pendiente de sus pequeños si salen a jugar al patio o llegan a salir a la calle.
Para estacionarse (a un costado del salón) es bastante amplio.
Large space, tables can be distributed with enough space without being too crowded. The dance floor is a good space. What you should consider is that the soles of your shoes are non-slip since the floor is very smooth.
The garden is nice, but if you hire a jumper make sure it complies with the safety rules since any accident will not be held by the room or anyone else. And let your guests know to be on the lookout for their little ones if they go out to play in the yard or come out to the street.
To park (on one side of the room) it is quite spacious.
