No hay buen servicio de meseros . Y revisen bien los contratos porque el se se puede gastar el dinero y dar el servicio como si fuera gratis

Me encanto, personal muy atento, la zona aunque no es muy segura pero el salon tiene personal que te cuida los carros y personal al frente de la puerta.

Los baños sucios, poco higiénicos, los meseros no brindan un buen servicio, no brindan un espacio agradable y te tratan mal. Sirven poca comida, las botellas se las guardan y el pastel que te dan es muy, muy poquito, a pesar de que los anfitriones digan se sirva más. El Dj, es lo que salva al lugar, pues es atento y pone buena música.

Excelente servicio brindado por todo el equipo, los meseros super atentos y siempre con una sonrisa, la musica genial y la comida excelente, quedamos maravillados con su servicio. Gracias

Well organize, but a little to dark for my like and skimpy in the time of the party

I honestly cannot recommend this hall to anyone. There was a bad start when we asked for water and employees were hesitant to give us any, as if we couldn't have water. Then, a ceiling tile fell on an employee in front of people. Now let's get to the food. Absolutely horrible. We got nothing but cold food. The employee serving us told us the pasta was meant to be cold, but then another one told us that it was meant to be hot. Even after asking for warm pasta three times, we were only given cold pasta each time. The meat dish was drier than sand and the sauce had a horrible flavor. The potatoes were still raw when they were served to us. The table behind us was served, but not given silverware. By the time they did get silverware, their food was cold. The silverware was also dreadful. The forks had prongs that were bent in and crooked. Half of the cups at our table had giant cracks on them and some cups even had the names of other quinceneras on them. Why would you use someone else's cups at our event? Every single plate had cracks in them too. The only good thing that I could find with this hall was the one server that was willing to help us. The rest of the employees looked as if they were being forced to be here and looked miserable. The owner also asked for more money because they had spent it all before our event, even though it was completely paid off. Our original event date had to be changed as well because the owner said that a more important event could come up on the day that we wanted. What makes one quincenera more important than another? I have been looking forward to this event for a very long time and it was completely ruined by this hall. Save your money for a better hall where they don't spill drinks on you and where the management actually cares about you and your event.
