El jardín contiene una palapa muy grande con todo y asador. Ideal para convivir con la familia. El salón está muy equipado, cuenta con cocina muy limpia, horno de microondas, refrigerador, lavabo amplio, escaleras móviles, sillas, mesas, los baños son muy limpios y siempre con papel, área de sonido y cuenta con área de fumadores que es un pasillito donde hay blanquitas y poder platicar agusto. Es un salón económico ideal para cualquier estilo de fiesta.
