★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los extintores están vencidos desde 2020, las banquitas que tienen forma de animalitos estás súper incomodas, el personal que atiende muy amable, no todo está mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue una pésima experiencia estuvo horrible empezando por la comida, dijeron que era ilimitado para un total de 150 personas por una hora y solo contaron con 5 taquitos y muy mal servidos además de que el pastel fue nefasto era incomible de lo horrible que estaba, no alcanzaron limones no tuvieron meseros, horrible organización y brindaron un servicio tan bajo con un precio que está por los cielos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El salón esta bien cuidado! A los niños les encantó todo, tanto los juegos, laberintos, alberca de pelotas como los juegos organizados por el personal. La comida estaba rica y tienen un buen manejo de tiempos.
El personal en general es muy atento excepto por las señoras que sirven la comida, que te presionan o se enojan si pides algo más.
Si regresariamos o haríamos un evento ahí ☺️
The room is well taken care of! The kids loved everything, both the games, mazes, ball pool and games organized by the staff. The food was tasty and they have good time management.
The staff in general is very attentive except for the ladies who serve the food, who pressure you or get angry if you ask for anything else.
If we would go back or do an event there ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia en el salón fue orrenda ya que para iniciar, hubo una atención totalmente desagradable por parte del personal, la comida fue una miseria se había comentado que iba a ser inlimitada y en el momento solo eran 10 Kg de carne para 150 personas aparte de que no alcanzo y se tuvo que mandar a comprar unos pollos, los cuales cobraron porque eso ya no era parte del salón, por otra lado el pastel fue sumamente horrible, no tenía sabor.
Para el precio que da el salón deja demasiado que desear y para las personas que deseen hacer un evento en este lugar no lo recomiendo para nada por lo comentado anteriormente
My experience in the room was extraordinary since to begin with, there was totally unpleasant attention from the staff, the food was a pittance, it had been said that it was going to be unlimited and at the time it was only 10 Kg of meat for 150 people apart from that was not enough and they had to send to buy some chickens, which they charged because that was no longer part of the room, on the other hand the cake was extremely horrible, it had no flavor.
For the price that the room gives, it leaves a lot to be desired and for people who want to hold an event in this place, I do not recommend it at all because of what was previously mentioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lindo salón de fiestas, los circuitos de juegos están bien armados y son resistentes como para cargar adultos, tienen área de piñata y todo está limpio.
Solo que la entrada principal es un puente colgante, muy bonito pero muy cóncavo lo que hace más difícil pasarlo con cosas o con los niños, claro exite otra entrada alterna pero te pierdes de la vista principal del salón.
A nice party room, the playgrounds are well set up and sturdy enough to hold adults, they have a piñata area and everything is clean.
Only that the main entrance is a suspension bridge, very nice but very concave which makes it more difficult to pass it with things or with children, of course there is another alternate entrance but you lose the main view of the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ambientación del salón es magnífica, el mobiliario padrísimo, el servicio es excelente desde que prácticamente te bajas de tu coche hasta que te vas, la atención de todo el personal fue hiper buena, llevando la agenda del evento, realizando las dinámicas para los niños, amables y colaborando en todo momento, super pendientes de lo que se necesitase y checando la limpieza todo el tiempo. Me encantó la entrada de la festejada para la partida del pastel. La música durante la fiesta muy bien. La comida tenía muy buen sazón en nuestro caso fueron mixiotes con nopales y arroz rojo, que cosa tan rica y la porción más que lo normal (pierna con muslo juntos), agua de Jamaica. El pastel con la imagen de acuerdo a lo que solicite muy bonito. Felicito a todo el personal, tanto nuestros invitados como nosotros la pasamos estupendo y todos disfrutamos la fiesta. Y con todos las medidas de seguridad para estos tiempos, los techos del salón son altos y se sentía ventilado.
The setting of the room is magnificent, the furniture is beautiful, the service is excellent from the moment you practically get out of your car until you leave, the attention of all the staff was hyper good, taking the event's agenda, performing the dynamics for the children , friendly and collaborating at all times, super aware of what is needed and checking the cleanliness all the time. I loved the entrance of the celebrant for the party of the cake. The music during the party very well. The food had very good seasoning, in our case they were mixiotes with nopales and red rice, which is so delicious and the portion more than normal (leg with thigh together), Jamaica water. The cake with the image according to what you request very beautiful. I congratulate all the staff, both our guests and we had a great time and we all enjoyed the party. And with all the security measures for these times, the ceilings in the room are high and it felt airy.
