El personal no tiene idea de que hacer, la comida llego tarde y fue insuficiente, la piñata no la tenían y la que consiguieron no traía dulces, terminas vuelto loco tratando de resolver todas las deficiencias de su personal para que tu fiesta salga más o menos bien

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juegos para niños, atención y animadores: excelentes; servicio regular e instalaciones inadecuadas.
No tienen estacionamiento, te cobran $40 pesos por estacionar tu auto en la calle (mejor tú buscas lugar). Sólo tienen un baño para mujeres y uno para hombres.
La comida es insuficiente, sobre todo la de los niños, el menú consiste en 3 tiras de pechuga y un montón de papas fritas.
Para los adultos se recomienda que se vayan quitando el hambre en el carrito que tienen con botanas y verduras y si llegan tarde, mejor lleguen comidos porque seguro no alcanzarán comida.
LO PEOR: No hay ventilación al interior, sólo tienen un ventilador y un aire acondicionado que no sirve, lo que nos salvó la vida fueron unos abanicos que dieron en los recuerdos de la fiesta.
Si se les acaba el hielo ya no te dan.
OJO: todo esto de encerrarte en un lugar caliente, sin ventilación y con poco aire, es para que sigas comprando agua extra; cada garrafa está en $500 pesos, por eso es que te acaloran y no te dan hielo, todos muriendo de calor y de sed, te fuerzan a que sigas pagando agua para tus invitados.
Consideren no ir en tiempo de calor. Es terrible.
Games for children, attention and entertainers: excellent; regular service and inadequate facilities.
They do not have parking, they charge you $ 40 pesos for parking your car on the street (you better look for a place). They only have one bathroom for women and one for men.
The food is insufficient, especially that of the children, the menu consists of 3 strips of breast and a lot of fries.
For adults it is recommended that they take off the hunger in the cart they have with snacks and vegetables and if they arrive late, they better arrive eaten because they will probably not get food.
THE WORST: There is no ventilation inside, they only have a fan and an air conditioner that does not work, what saved our lives were some fans that gave us the memories of the party.
If they run out of ice they will not give you anymore.
EYE: all this to lock yourself in a hot place, without ventilation and with little air, is for you to keep buying extra water; Each carafe is at $ 500 pesos, that's why they get hot and they do not give you ice, all dying of heat and thirst, they force you to keep paying water for your guests.
Consider not going in hot weather. It's terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible y carísimo (por el precio hay mucho mejores), el servicio por parte de la dueña es pésimo, las invitaciones se estuvieron pidiendo porque nada más no la mandaba y después de dos semanas termino mandando una imagen de internet a la que solo le puso el nombre del cumpleañero (obvio no las usamos) estaban horribles, se cambió el pastel por papas y como se le echaron a perder no las dio y tampoco hizo compensación alguna (cobró completo), la comida la estaban preparando cuando llegamos y dieron de comer hasta las 11:30 cuando el evento inició a las 10:00, solo ofrecieron dos opciones de menú muy sencillas (de las que solo se puede elegir una) y el alimento es escaso ya que si no hubieramos llevado más comida no alcanzaba además de que el número de invitados era mucho menor al solicitado (solo 15 invitados comieron y era para 30)y sobró solo como para 3 personas, no hubo animación, ahí nos dejaron casi todo el evento e iniciaron la piñata sin avisar, OJO nosotros debemos llevar premios si queremos que hagan concursos pero te avisan en el evento, tampoco recomiendo el agua de limón y horchata, la de limón está muy amarga ya que la hacen en licuadora y la de horchata sabe feita, llevamos dos pasteles y solicitamos que se guardarán en el refrigerador pero tuve que pedirles en 3 ocasiones que guardarán uno de ellos porque primero le dejaron aventado en una mesa, luego sobre el horno de microondas y al final me comentaban que no se calentaba ahí ya que siempre se ponían y se mantenian frescos. Esa es mi experiencia y lamentablemente se notaba el tipo de servicio desde que ofrecían el salón a otros clientes cuando ya estaba apartado por nosotros (tengo pruebas de ello).
Lo bueno, hay un chico del staff super amable y que constantemente te ofrece café, las chicas de cocina son amables la mayor parte del tiempo)
Horrible and very expensive (for the price there are much better), the service by the owner is lousy, the invitations were being requested because nothing else was sent and after two weeks I ended up sending an image from the internet to which she only put the name of the birthday boy (obviously we didn't use them) they were horrible, he changed the cake for potatoes and since they spoiled he didn't give them and he didn't make any compensation (he charged in full), the food was being prepared when we arrived and they fed until 11:30 when the event started at 10:00, they only offered two very simple menu options (of which you can only choose one) and the food is scarce since if we had not brought more food it would not be enough in addition to that the number of guests was much less than requested (only 15 guests ate and it was for 30) and there was only left over for 3 people, there was no entertainment, they left us almost the entire event there and started the piñata without warning, BEWARE we must take pre mine if we want them to do contests but they tell you at the event, I don't recommend the lemon and horchata water either, the lemon one is very bitter since they make it in a blender and the horchata one tastes ugly, we brought two cakes and we requested that they be stored in the refrigerator but I had to ask them on 3 occasions to keep one of them because first they left it thrown on a table, then on the microwave oven and in the end they told me that it did not get hot there since they were always put and kept fresh. That is my experience and unfortunately the type of service was noticeable since they offered the salon to other clients when it was already reserved for us (I have proof of it).
The good thing, there is a super friendly staff guy who constantly offers you coffee, the kitchen girls are friendly most of the time)
