★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están bien pero si pongan atención en lo que estipula el contrato y los tipos prepotentes que se quedan de encargadillos o si era el dueño que mal el no dar la cara la condición es de que a la hora que se acaba el servicio para lo que se contrato quieren que salgas tanto como invitado o cliente en 15 min. Y si no lo haces te apagan las luces y eso está mal si lo que quieren es ganarse a la gente para próximas contrataciones no lo están haciendo de la mejor manera y lo digo porque me di cuenta de todo yo no tome ni una gota de alcohol como para invertarles algo, así están las cosas en ese saloncito y disculpen el no darles mejor calificación pero honor a quien honor merece yo no regresaría ahí y mucho menos contratarlos gracias.
The facilities are fine but if you pay attention to what is stipulated in the contract and the arrogant guys who remain as managers or if it was the owner who was wrong not to show his face the condition is that at the time the service ends for what that is contracted they want you to go out as a guest or client in 15 min. And if you don't do it they turn off the lights and that's wrong if what they want is to win over people for future hires they are not doing it in the best way and I say this because I realized everything I did not drink a single drop of alcohol as if to invest something in them, that's how things are in that little room and sorry for not giving you a better rating but honor to whom honor deserves I would not go back there and much less hire you thank you.

El personal en general fue muy amable siempre al pendiente de todos los detalles. La comida muy buena. Totalmente recomendable para cualquier tipo de evento.. excelente salón.
I hired a monarch salon for my daughter's 15 years and it was an excellent service and attention from the first visit to request information. The staff in general was very friendly always on the lookout for all the details. The food very good. Totally recommended for any type of event... excellent room.
