Me realizaron tinte y pedicure; el tinte tuve problemas porque no me cubrió bien las canas, de inmediato la señorita que me atendió, al darse cuenta de lo ocurrido lo reportó a la encargada, y sin dudar ni darle vueltas al asunto se dió la orden de volver a proceder para corregir lo sucedido; que en gran parte mis canas son difíciles de cubrir. Pero lo que a mi me encantó fue que se preocuparon y ni siquiera esperaron a ver como reaccionaba, a ellas no les gustó y tomaron cartas en el asunto para resolverlo y lo hicieron. El color quedó hermoso igual el corte. El pedicure, fue super bien hecho, la señorita muy escrupulosa y minuciosa en su trabajo. De lo mejor, muchas gracias Tere en tinte y corte y Laura en pedicure. Cuantas veces venga de visita a Mazatlán yo siempre me atenderé en Gelish Mazatlan ❤️???????? Excellent in attention, friendly and professional service. I had hair dye and pedicure; I had problems with the dye because it did not cover my gray hair well, immediately the young lady who attended me, upon realizing what happened, reported it to the manager, and without hesitation or thinking about the matter, the order was given to proceed again to correct what happened; that for the most part my gray hair is difficult to cover. But what I loved was that they worried and did not even wait to see how I reacted, they did not like it and took action on the matter to resolve it and they did. The color was beautiful as the cut. The pedicure was super well done, the lady was very scrupulous and meticulous in her work. Of the best, thank you very much Tere in dye and cut and Laura in pedicure. How many times I come to visit Mazatlan, I will always attend to Gelish Mazatlan ❤️????????

Aunque llegue sin haber hecho cita (no lo recomiendo a pesar de que asi lo hice yo por emergencia de ultimo minuto), una de las estetistas que siempre llega temprano y me apena no acordarme de su nombre, me hizo favor de atenderme antes de su primera clienta. Mis uñas siguen INTACTAS casi un mes despues (nunca me han durado eso y si... ya es hora del retoque!) y siempre me voy a acordar de lo amables que fueron conmigo por que fueron las uñas de mi boda. Gracias Gelish team y en especifico ese angelito que hizo muy buen trabajo! Highly recommend this place!!! Very good customer service and impeccable work of gel manicure.
