★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quise regresar y nefasto el servicio, la atención al cliente, no contestan llamadas, no tienen horarios disponibles y no pueden hacer los diseños, muchas trabas para agendar una cita durante tres semanas y nunca me la dieron, cómo si fueran las únicas en dar este servicio.
I wanted to go back and the service, the customer service, they don't answer calls, they don't have hours available and they can't make the designs, many obstacles to schedule an appointment for three weeks and they never gave it to me, as if they were the only ones to give this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta que son super profesionales, su trabajo es de calidad las uñas esculturales me duran una eternidad (tomando en cuenta que no soy muy cuidadosa) no se quiebran tan fácil, se sienten y ven como si fueran naturales no son nada gruesas. De vez en cuando consentirte con un buen manicure, pedicure, hacerte una limpieza de orzuela y/o un lash lifting es perfecto para sentirte renovada. Además sus protocolos sanitarios son perfectos en estos tiempos de pandemia.
I love that they are super professionals, their work is of quality, the sculptural nails last forever (taking into account that I am not very careful) they do not break so easily, they feel and look as if they were natural, they are not thick at all.
