★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para realizar alguna fiesta o evento social de cualquier tipo lo único malo es que las personas que rentan no tienen conocimiento de que no es posible estacionarse dentro de la unidad ya que luego uno sale de manera urgente y tienes que andar buscando al dueño del auto que estorba para que puedas salir además de que les hace falta darle un muy buen mantenimiento y regularmente cortar el pasto de sus alrededores

Y ni para ir a jugar o a entrenar por qué siempre huele a mariguana...

En los baños hay mucho que mejorar, desde las puertas de los sanitarios y piso . Independientemente de ello creo que solo es cuestión de tiempo y de apoyo de la comunidad, será un lugar excelente que ofrezca un espacio para beneficiar a toda la comunidad a la que pertenece .
