★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo llegué sin previa cita (fue la primera vez que iba, de hecho) y aún así me trataron súper amable. Pedí un corte y me lo dejaron justo como quería. La chica que me atendió fue muy atenta y me gustó su trabajo. Planeo regresar en el futuro.
I arrived without an appointment (it was the first time I was going, in fact) and they still treated me super friendly. I asked for a cut and they left it just how I wanted it. The girl who attended to me was very attentive and I liked her job. I plan to return in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, fui a pintarme el cabello por primera vez, lo pedí pelirrojo, un poco más naranja que rojo, pero me lo pintaron como quisieron y me lo dejaron naranja (fantasía) de arriba y café claro de abajo. Mi cabello había quedado de tantos colores y cuando llamé para comentarles el dueño se notó molesto por decirle que su trabajo había quedado mal, me citaron de nuevo para “arreglármelo”, me lo pintaron de rojo en la parte de arriba y ahora tenía tal cual el cabello de tres colores, rojo, naranja y café claro pero hasta eso no se veía mal. Al paso de unos 4 días se me cayó todo el tinte rojizo y me volvió a quedar naranja.
Además, si eres cliente nuevo no te tratan tan bien como a sus clientes de más tiempo, ni siquiera te toman en cuenta; me dejaron horrible el color del cabello y cuando me lo “secaron” no lo hicieron bien y me lo plancharon aun estando mojado.
No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, no está nada bien que pidas algo y te hagan lo que ellos quieran, y peor aún, se molesten cuando demuestras inconformidad con su trabajo siendo que es su culpa.
Terrible, I went to paint my hair for the first time, I asked for a redhead, a little more orange than red, but they painted it as they wanted and left it orange (fantasy) on top and light brown on the bottom. My hair had been so many colors and when I called to tell them the owner was annoyed to tell him that his work had gone wrong, they summoned me again to “fix it”, they painted it red on top and now I had it as is three-colored hair, red, orange and light brown but even that didn't look bad. After about 4 days, all of the reddish tint dropped and I turned orange again.
Also, if you are a new customer, they don't treat you as well as their longer clients, they don't even take you into account; they left my hair color horrible and when they "dried" it they didn't do it well and they ironed it even while wet.
I do not recommend it at all, it is not right that you ask for something and do what they want, and worse, they bother when you show disagreement with their work being that it is their fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Mi mamá me insistió un montón de veces en ir con él, aunque ella ya ha ido varias veces, y por diferentes razones me negaba. Y ahora por única vez, acepté. Me pasó el número personal de Erick, le marqué y le pregunté que a qué hora me podía atender él, a lo que me dijo un horario y acordamos la cita. Cuando llegué, el estaba pintandole el cabello a una señora. La señora al verme le dijo a Erick "prometo llegar antes la próxima vez", a lo que me hizo pensar que la señora llegó tarde a su cita y por eso la estaba atendiendo en mi horario. Me pasa una chica a la silla y me pregunta que que voy a querer, a lo que me quedo confundida porque yo pensaba que él me atendería. Le comenté esto a la chica, a lo que Erick me dijo "nunca me dijiste que querías que yo te lo hiciera" y yo así de "por algo te marqué a ti, y pregunté a qué hora me podías atender tu". Lo único que me dijo fue "no te puedo atender ahorita". Me dió tanto coraje, el 0 profesionalismo de este tipo.

When the lady saw me, she told Erick "I promise to arrive earlier next time", which made me think that the lady was late for her appointment and that is why I was attending her on my schedule. A girl passes me to the chair and asks me what I am going to want, to which I am confused because I thought he would attend to me. I commented on this to the girl, to which Erick told me "you never told me that you wanted me to do it to you" and I like this "for something I marked you, and I asked what time you could attend me". The only thing he said to me was "I can't help you right now." It gave me so much courage, 0 professionalism of this type.
