★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con su reapertura el 11 de sep del 2021, el lugar fue renovado, tiene mas conexiones e includo unas son cargas inalambricas, el menu mejorado, los meseros como siempre muy atentos, y me dicen que ahora ahi un asesor que atiende dudas de tu cuenta, vere que servicios ofrece!
 With its reopening on September 11, 2021, the place was renovated, it has more connections and even some are wireless charges, the improved menu, the waiters as always very attentive, and they tell me that now there is an advisor who answers questions about your account I'll see what services it offers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This "mini lounge" is free for HSBC Premier customers. You need to show matching hsbc premier card and passport.
Wifi works well, specifically compared with airport free wifi.
Complimentary hot and cold drinks.
HSBC atm is just outside. It gives mexican pesos and US dollars. As usual, there is no fee for all hsbc customers (even non-premier).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far and by large the best VIP room in Benito Juárez Airport. Access strictly limited to HSBC Premier cardholders means no overcrowding. There is table service for drinks and food, and the food is generally presented with a menu and is really tasty (breakfast burritos, goat cheese croissant for breakfast, granola, yoghurt, yummy dishes for lunch and dinner). A really nice place to chill before boarding. Silence policy means there are no flight announcements made, mind yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open 0530-2300 daily. Quick entry with HSBC premier card and boarding pass. Less crowded than VIP Salon next door.
Polite staff, great coffee. Food from menu.
Bright and well lit. Peaceful.
4 workstations if you need to work. One high table and with barstools if you wish to use your own laptop. Comfortable sofas. Centre table slightly far from the seats but sofa arms wide enough to comfortably balance your plate.
Come here if you are looking for some peace.
No flight status on display - keep track of it yourself.
Wifi with password. Good speed.
