★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empezamos con muchas espectativas de una evento con personas profesionales pero nada que ver. Desde la encargada del salón hasta los meseros. No tienen bien servicio de meseros y tampoco compromiso. Quedamos decepcionados.
We started with many expectations of an event with professional people but nothing to see. From the salon manager to the waiters. They don't have good wait service and no compromise. We are disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieren invertir mejor su dinero organicen su evento en otro lugar. Puntos de mejora:
Que si les dicen que les van a dar la comida de los platillos que no se consumieron que realmente lo hagan. O mejor, no confíen en la administradora y hagan su propio control porque no saben contar.
Que el personal de cocina no abuse en el consumo de postres que no fueron destinados para su consumo.
Que los meseros no maltraten mobiliario rentado, en nuestro evento un mesero daño un árbol de luces y lo pagamos nosotros.
Que el personal de logística del administrador no tome su dinero en el vals. A nosotros nos tomaron $1,000 y no se hicieron responsables porque querían pruebas de vídeo.
Hasta la fecha esperamos una respuesta de la administradora. Sentimos mucho está mala experiencia. Si lo dudan comprueben ustedes mismos.
If you want to invest your money better organize your event elsewhere. Improvement points:
That if they tell them that they are going to give them the food from the dishes that were not consumed, they should really do it. Or better, do not trust the administrator and do your own control because they do not know how to count.
That the kitchen staff do not abuse in the consumption of desserts that were not intended for their consumption.
That the waiters do not mistreat rented furniture, in our event a waiter damaged a tree of lights and we pay for it.
Let the manager's logistics staff not take your money in the waltz. They took $ 1,000 from us and were not held responsible because they wanted video evidence.
To date, we await a response from the administrator. We are very sorry for this bad experience. If you doubt it, check for yourself.
