bad experience ... really if you want your event to go as planned, think about another room option ... this past weekend we went to a party and the room was flooded horrible water drains down the walls and there are leaks everywhere .... the owner is very rude and detaches himself from anything that happens, does not comply with the agreement and to avoid problems he leaves you alone in the living room there is no one to tell about the deficiencies and arrives until later and does not recognize .

Very bad experience we had. Since we settled what was agreed, they practically abandoned us, and they were no longer responsible for anything. The weather events cannot be controlled but nevertheless the room has many leaks, just the largest one where the children's table was placed, due to the rain we thought that the light had gone out, what happened was that there were voltage variations , because the electrical installation was wrong, every time an attempt was made to put the inflatable (their property) it was not possible because the light went out, one of my guests had to fix the fuses that were causing a short circuit because their installation was very poor . There was never someone who could solve simple things for us like we wanted to turn on the kitchen light and we never found the switch, we were supposed to heat food but because the tank was outside in a locked place, because of the rain we tried to put the piñata on Inside, there was supposed to be a ladder but it was never found. Although my event ended at 8pm and the agreement was that we could be there until 11pm, a man who showed himself as the owner came to tell us that the time was up, he was asked about the inflatable and although I verify that it did not work, no He wanted to be responsible for the fact that according to the deal he went with his son (who never appeared), he said that later he would talk to him and comment on him, and also rudely told me that he was not going to understand the reasons and claims we had, that he had no money and that they left the room alone because he was not going to pay someone to take care of his room, the son appeared until two days later on WhatsApp and did not want to return the money for something that did not work. Every year we have made children's parties for my children, but this time it was the worst experience we have had. My guests also had a bad time, because one of them had their car's glass broken and stole the stereo (this is totally foreign to the owners of the room). In summary I do not recommend it.
