Y la atención de lo PEOR, era su fiel clienta desde hace años, siempre estaba conforme, pero la última vez que fui a retoque de tinte y corte me dejaron unos mechones amarillos y mi cabello súper maltratado y al pintármelo me trataron muy mal me metieron mucha pintura en ambos oídos y al peinarlo lo hacían con fuertes tirones, el señor me corto el cabello mientras él estaba sentado en un banco, después regresé porque no me gusto el resultado y en vez de disculparse se molestaron y me pasaron a dar un baño de color (esta vez ni siquiera me colocaron capa, por lo que al pintarme el cabello salpicaban mi ropa), todavía hasta se burlaron la segunda vez que volví porque no me gustaron los mechones amarillos y realizaron un comentario como “y con las lavadas te va a quedar peor”, como resultado final cuando me dieron un baño de color para tapar lo mechones amarillos... quedaron unos mechones color cobrizo HORRIBLES, no recomiendo para nada este lugar, me hicieron pésimo trabajo y el trato es igual de malo.

And the WORST attention, I was her loyal client for years, she was always satisfied, but the last time I went to touch up the dye and cut they left me with some yellow locks and my super damaged hair and when they painted it they treated me very badly they put me in A lot of paint on both ears and when combing it they did it with strong tugs, the man cut my hair while he was sitting on a bench, then I came back because I did not like the result and instead of apologizing they got upset and gave me a bath colored (this time they didn't even put a cape on me, so when they painted my hair they splashed my clothes), they still even made fun of me the second time I came back because I didn't like the yellow locks and made a comment like “and with the washes you it's going to be worse ”, as a final result when they gave me a color bath to cover the yellow locks ... there were some HORRIBLE copper-colored locks, I do not recommend this place at all, they made me terrible I work and the treatment is just as bad.
