★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malo, la comida es muy mala, lo mismo que la música. No te ofrecen lo que se contrato. Los meseros no atienden bien.
La renta del salón no es barata. Todo pésimo. No lo recomiendo. Mejor busquen otro lugar. Si es que no quieren hacer corajes.
 Very bad, the food is very bad, the same as the music. They do not offer you what was hired. The servers do not serve well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice mi boda ahí porque me lo recomendaron, pero la verdad es que estoy arrepentida. Los meseros muy déspotas, aparte del mal servicio exigían su propina, el dueño muy grosero, la comida malísima, se echó perder la carne, aparte me robaron dinero y no cumplieron con lo acordado.
I did my wedding there because it was recommended to me, but the truth is that I am sorry. The very despotic waiters, apart from the bad service, demanded their tip, the owner was very rude, the food was really bad, the meat was spoiled, they also stole money from me and did not comply with the agreement.

La comida se servía de manera desigual, algunos con crema de elote SIN elote y otros con exceso. Espaghetti echado a perder y una pieza de cerdo con muy poca salsa (si es que se le puede llamar así), eso en cuanto al menú
En plena pandemia y con las supuestas medidas pertinentes, los meseros NADA amables se llevan tu vaso junto con el de otras 3 ó 4 personas para rellenarlo y los devuelven sin importar el orden. ¿Las demás medidas entonces para qué?
Por otro lado, se te informa que se procura EVITAR entrar y salir del salón, lo cual es entendible, pero ni a una sola persona que deseaba salir y volver se lo permitieron. ¿Se les habrá terminado el sanitizante?
Decepcionante que haya caído tan bajo en algunos años, antes era un lugar agradable.
Finalmente, a pesar de no dar hora de cortesía, los meseros no esperaron a que terminara el evento para quitar los adornos.
Cabe aclarar que este no es de los salones más económicos y de ahí el disgusto por el mal servicio.
Terrible service.
Food was served unevenly, some with creamed corn WITHOUT corn and others with excess. Spoiled spaghetti and a piece of pork with very little sauce (if you can call it that), that's for the menu
In the middle of the pandemic and with the supposed pertinent measures, the NADA friendly waiters take your glass along with that of 3 or 4 other people to fill it and return them regardless of the order. The other measures then for what?
On the other hand, you are informed that you are trying to AVOID entering and leaving the room, which is understandable, but not a single person who wanted to leave and return was allowed it. Have they run out of sanitizer?
Disappointing that it has dropped so low in a few years, it used to be a nice place.
Finally, despite not giving courtesy time, the waiters did not wait for the event to finish to remove the decorations.
It should be noted that this is not one of the cheapest rooms and hence the dislike for bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este sitio tiene las condiciones adecuadas que buscaba, amplitud iluminación, cuidadas de sanidad completos, precio y una gran variedad de estilos de decoración, falta evaluar la comida, porque todavía no hago uso pero también tiene un variedad de bufet y hasta de taquiza si lo requiere uno en fin cumple.
This place has the adequate conditions that I was looking for, ample lighting, complete health care, price and a great variety of decoration styles, the food needs to be evaluated, because I still do not use it but it also has a variety of buffets and even taquiza if you requires one in short complies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deplorable, poca eficiencia y nula disponibilidad del personal, sobretodo por parte de la persona encargada del audio del salón con una actitud que deja mucho que desear.
Deplorable service, little efficiency and no availability of staff, especially by the person in charge of the audio of the room with an attitude that leaves much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1-pagas por el mejor paquete y no te cumplen con lo acordado jamas estuvo el chavo que daría un show
2-el refresco lo escatimaron mucho y según te dicen que el refresco es ilimitado y no es verdad
3- los animadores ni te animan en nada,pocas ganas
4-la crema que fue la entrada no tenia sabor
5-Hay un letrero en el baño que dice que son 60 pesos de estacionamiento con el sello del salón y nos cobraron 70 no son los diez pesos de diferencia pero mejor que quiten el letrero si no es verdad
6-la mesa de dulces la cobraron por la cantidad de 1500 y fue un robo parecía de 500 pesos
7 Dijeron que pondrían un silla especial para la festejada la cual jamas la pusieron
8 y para rematara el dueño del salón bien despota como si hubiera cobrado barato
9 conclusión cero recomendable fecha del evento abril 2022
1-you pay for the best package and they do not comply with what was agreed upon, the guy who would give a show was never there

5-There is a sign in the bathroom that says that it is 60 pesos for parking with the seal of the hall and they charged us 70, it is not the ten pesos difference but it is better that they remove the sign if it is not true
6-the table of sweets was charged for the amount of 1500 and it was a robbery it seemed like 500 pesos
7 They said they would put a special chair for the party which was never put
8 and to top it off, the owner of the salon is very despotic as if he had charged cheaply
9 zero conclusion recommendable date of the event April 2022

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de los meseros, su vestimenta no acorde con un evento, traían tennis, pésima comida sin sabor, mal hecha,no cumplen con lo que prometen, grupo musical deficiente y pasado de moda, limpieza de la loza asquerosa,los platos y cubiertos estaban sucios y super viejos, baños sucios y alguien que no pueda caminar pues se jodió porque estan arriba, no cuenta con area para discapacitados, la alfombra olía asqueroso una mezcla de humedad y pescado, maestro de ceremonias fatal, parecía velorio el evento, nula organización.
Este salón es bueno pero para echar a perder tu fiesta y quedar mal con tus invitados.
Terrible attention from the waiters, their clothing not in accordance with an event, they brought tennis shoes, terrible food without flavor, poorly made, they do not fulfill what they promise, poor and old-fashioned musical group, disgusting cleaning of the crockery, the plates and cutlery they were dirty and super old, dirty bathrooms and someone who can't walk because they got screwed because they are upstairs, it doesn't have an area for the disabled, the carpet smelled disgusting, a mixture of humidity and fish, terrible master of ceremonies, the event looked like a wake, none organization.
This room is good but to spoil your party and look bad with your guests.
