★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo sentimientos encontrados para ser realista, por un lado tienen la mejor atención que he recibido en un Salón, el mismo dueño y las dos chicas, son amables, divertidos, platicadores como yo, son atentos y te tratan como si fueras parte de la familia y la verdad la pase genial, pero también debo decir que pasé muchísimas horas ahí, para mí, demasiadas, aunque tomé una promoción del 50% que incluia varias cosas, entre ellas planchado de ceja, total, me dieron un aproximado (si, entiendo que es un aproximado) pero al llegar a la cita me dieron el precio del doble del aproximado... ?♀️ aun así dije ok... tenia muchas ganas de arreglarme el cabello y para ser francos me encanto el resultado, se veía genial y muy bonito el color, sin embargo sucedieron algunas cosas que le restaron muchos puntos a la experiencia, la primera sentí que me dejaron mucho tiempo los productos (si había muchas clientas entonces nos iban "trabajando" por momentos) por lo que mis cejas me dolieron por días y que por cierto al día siguiente todas estaban por ningún lado ? y por el otro tengo el cabello maltratado terriblemente, aun cuando me pusieron un tratamiento... esta completamente reseco y si parece estropajo... termine yendo a otro lado a que me recortaran un poco las puntas por que se veían fatal... creo que tenían las citas demasiado seguidas y no cuidaron del todo los tiempos de los productos... insisto el trabajo de color (por que si, el tono y el bayalage o como se escriba, se ven muy bien y la atencion es excepcional) es bueno pero la salud de mi cabello no.
I have mixed feelings to be realistic, on the one hand they have the best attention I have received in a Salon, the same owner and the two girls, they are friendly, fun, talkative like me, they are attentive and treat you as if you were part of the family and the truth is that I had a great time, but I must also say that I spent many hours there, for me, too many, although I took a 50% promotion that included several things, including eyebrow ironing, total, they gave me an approximate (yes, I understand which is approximate) but when I got to the appointment they gave me twice the approximate price... ?♀️ even so I said ok... I really wanted to do my hair and to be honest I loved the result, it looked the color was great and very nice, however some things happened that deducted a lot of points from the experience, the first time I felt that the products left me for a long time (if there were many clients then they would "work" us at times) so my eyebrows they hurt me for days and that by the way the next day they were all nowhere ? and on the other my hair is terribly mistreated, even though they gave me a treatment... it's completely dry and if it looks like a mop... I ended up going somewhere else to get it trimmed the tips a bit because they looked terrible... I think they had the appointments too close together and didn't take full care of the times of the products... I insist on the color work (because, the tone and the bayalage or whatever write, they look very good and the attention is exceptional) it is good but the health of my hair is not.

Te dejan el cabello super maltratado, te dejan sentada por horas, osea me hicieron el trabajo en los lavadores de cabello y ni siquiera me pasaron a una silla y luego jalan el cabello horrible!!!! Con decirles que me dolió la cabeza y se me quito como a los dos días después y también estuve super adolorida de mi cuello por estar todo el tiempo en los lavadores. Y para colmo te dan otros precios de los que son. Muy mal, horrible, pésimo, la peor experiencia!!!
Horrible! Don't go to that place! They leave your hair super damaged, they leave you sitting for hours, I mean they did the job for me in the hair washers and they didn't even move me to a chair and then they pull my hair horrible!!!! Telling them that I had a headache and it went away about two days later and I was also super sore in my neck from being in the washers all the time. And to top it off they give you other prices than they are. Very bad, horrible, lousy, the worst experience !!!

El día que fui me dijeron por FB que el costo era de $1,100 y al final me cobraron como $2,600 total ya estaba ahí, llegue a las 12 del día y salí de ahí a las 8:30 pero todo era plan con maña... Pues Luis (el dueño) estaba esperando a que las nuevas citas nos quedaremos hasta el último.. pues estaba necio con que la membresía era lo mejor que podía existir. Total dije! me trataron muy bien me voy animar
Resulta que las veces que fui el dueño entraba y ni daba los buenos días a pero esos si, estaba bien al pendiente de las chicas nuevas y les ofrecía las membresías en el cuarto de lavado para que las demás no escuchamos, (las chicas que trabajan ahí son muy amables y de ellas no me puedo quejar en lo absoluto porque tienen buen trato.)
Bueno yo siempre llegaba antes porque nunca respetaban mi cita me atendian a la hora que se desocupaba por eso llegaba media hora antes.
En mi última cita fui a hacerme un balayage y no me gustó, ya que yo quería lo que les mostré en la imagen y me hicieron otra cosa.
Y me dijeron "te quedó muy bonito aunque no sea igual al de la imagen" y yo con cara de bueeeenoooo.
TOTAL...Queda muy maltratado el cabello el método de encrepado que ocupan creo que ya es viejo y te quiebran mucho el cabello y te queda un frizz horrible.
Y aquí les dejo mi experiencia.

It turns out that the times that I was the owner, he came in and didn't even say good morning to them, but those times, he was well aware of the new girls and offered them memberships in the laundry room so that the rest of us didn't listen, (the girls who work They are very friendly there and I cannot complain about them at all because they treat me well.)
Well, I always arrived earlier because they never respected my appointment, they attended me when they were free, that's why I arrived half an hour earlier.
On my last appointment I went to get a balayage and I didn't like it, since I wanted what I showed them in the image and they did something else for me.
And they told me "it turned out very nice even if it's not the same as the one in the picture" and I looked good.
TOTAL... Your hair is very damaged by the frizzing method they use, I think it's already old and they break your hair a lot and you're left with a horrible frizz.
