Quizá tengan apertura a negociar sus contratos. Large room for small or large parties. The location is not excellent however the place can be easily reached. The cost is not competitive. They may be open to negotiating their contracts.

Tiene su área de asar carne aparte y en sanitarios,están en exelente estado no hay problema de agua, un detalle sola mente es sus goteras pequeñas, en temporadas de lluvias solo deben arreglar ese detallé,esto no afectará la calificación que le daré. This room is spacious for enough guests, it has its kitchen area which improves the moment to serve snacks, drinks, and food. It has its separate meat grilling area and in toilets, they are in excellent condition, there is no water problem, one detail only is its small leaks, in rainy seasons they only have to fix that detail, this will not affect the rating that I will give it.
