Antes de realizarme el trabajo envié las fotos de lo que quería. Me cobraron $1,300 por un “balayage” y esto fue lo que quedó. No conforme con eso, pedí que me ofrecieran una solución, a lo cual solo dieron argumentos sin fundamentos evadiéndose de la responsabilidad de su mal servicio. La dueña dio la aprobación de que esto fue “un buen trabajo”.
LITTLE PROFESSIONALS.
Before doing the work I sent the photos of what I wanted. They charged me $ 1,300 for a balayage and this is what was left. Not satisfied with that, I asked them to offer me a solution, to which they only gave baseless arguments avoiding responsibility for their bad service. The owner gave the approval that this was "a good job."
