Yo fui invitado de un evento y si, no me atendieron correctamente, el pan estaba duro y los meseros nunca respondían a mis peticiones, a pesar de que yo no contraté, no recibí un trato adecuado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo el servicio, escogimos un menú y nos dieron de cenar algo completamente algo diferente, el hielo, refrescos según era ilimitados y a la hora ya no había nada, los meseros tomando el fotógrafo igual pedimos experiencia.
Terrible service, we chose a menu and they gave us something completely different for dinner, ice, soft drinks according to what was unlimited and at the time there was nothing, the waiters taking the photographer just as we asked for experience.

El servicio de meseros horrible y poco profesional chocaban con todo, se comieron los dulces de la mesa de dulces
La cantidad de comida se sirvió totalmente desproporcional, a unos les sirvieron de más y a otros casi no les sirvieron alimentos
El agua, refresco y hielo a las 3 hrs de servicio ya no había y se tardaba mucho en ir a comprar y la gente se tenía que esperar, super mal atendidos
La dueña se excusa para todo y te dice que es la primera vez que pasa que intento nuevas formas se emplatar y que desgraciadamente no funcionó
Pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo
A disastrous experience
Horrible and unprofessional waiter service they bumped into everything, they ate the candy from the candy table
The amount of food was served totally disproportionate, some were served too much and others were served almost no food
The water, soft drink and ice at 3 hours of service were no longer there and it took a long time to go buy and people had to wait, super poorly attended
The owner excuses herself for everything and tells you that it is the first time that she has tried new ways of plating and that unfortunately it did not work.
Terrible service, I do not recommend

The food is very tasty and also the place is excellent. I really liked the treatment of the owner and the waiters are very helpful. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio totalmente “MEDIOCRE”, incumple totalmente con lo que ofrecen, la dueña no tiene la capacidad ni la experiencia para realizar un evento.
1. El menú no satisface ni con lo pactado ni con una porción digna de alimento.
2. Se niegan a dar el servicio de alimentos, si no es en el momento del banquete, cuando eso no es una petición; es una obligación como banquetero.
3. El agua, hielo y refrescos se terminaron a las 3 horas de comenzar la celebración.
4. Los meseros cuentan con poca higiene para manipular los alimentos.
5. Tuve un faltante del 20 % de mis invitados y cuando asistieron dos invitados, no se les brindó el servicio de comida porque supuestamente ya no tenían alimentos.
6. La dueña y todo su personal no pudieron resolver una sola de las necesidades que se presentaban.
En verdad busquen lugares en donde valorar al cliente, ser capaces y responsables sean una prioridad.
A totally "MEDIOCRE" service, totally fails to comply with what they offer, the owner does not have the capacity or experience to hold an event.
1. The menu does not satisfy with what was agreed or with a decent portion of food.
2. They refuse to provide the food service, if it is not at the time of the banquet, when that is not a request; It is an obligation as a caterer.
3. Water, ice and soft drinks ran out within 3 hours of the start of the celebration.
4. Waiters have poor hygiene when handling food.
5. I had a shortage of 20% of my guests and when two guests attended, they were not provided with food service because they supposedly no longer had food.
6. The owner and all her staff could not solve a single need that arose.
Really look for places where valuing the client, being capable and responsible are a priority.

1. No estaba adecuadamente limpio.
2. Cuando a los meseros se les pidió servir 2 platos más se negaron y dijeron que ya no había comida.
3. La comida no estuvo nada sabrosa. Y pésimo el menú que sirvieron a los niños.
4. Ya no tenían agua que servir, y era muy temprano aún.
I do NOT recommend this room for your events.
1. It was not properly cleaned.
2. When the waiters were asked to serve 2 more dishes they refused and said that there was no more food.
3. The food was not tasty at all. And the menu that was served to the children was terrible.
4. They no longer had water to serve, and it was still very early.
