★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded, effectively only one bar is working (due to staff shortage?), no table service, you have to order at the bar.
Their menu is 95% paid items with only junk food included for free. And only one menu per bar, which means total of two menus for the whole lounge, no QR code menus anywhere in sight. Just overall bad management.
And finding the lounge is an aggravating experience due to lack of signage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Practically no food just fruit salad and a few junk food items. Tables poorly cleaned with dirty rags and not disinfected. Espresso service on and off with arguments about what they can make although they have large bar grade espresso machines. You would be better off paying a little for excellent food in the terminal.

They offer a variety of drinks and small snacks. The lounge is spacious and counts with two bars - so no long wait times.
However, the food options are a bit limited and could be improved. Also, no Space available to do calls in more privacy, e.g., phone booths as other lounges have

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is institutional. Then the server hustles you for tips saying he's getting off work soon. He must pull that scam on everyone. First time to be hustled for a tip for a bottle of water and a piece of bread.
After paying expensive fares for a first class ticket, I would enjoying relaxing in a lounge free from hustlers and liars. No where have I been hit up for tips like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is fine for a short stop before flying however if you are looking for a decent meal this is not the place; I can tell it has a great variety of drinks (Bottled Water, Coffe ☕, Carbonated Drinks, etc.) and alcohol ( ?? ) so it's a good choice to stop by. However; it gets pretty crowded and the waiters cannot support to give the normal service to all the customers. I can tell a small tip for all the work of the few waiters on site is very welcome ?.
