★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff but horrible food and slow internet. There were only complimentary vegetables available and we were told there would be complimentary sandwiches coming but, looking at other tables, they did not look very appetising so I ordered from the paid menu. MX$190 for the "chicken in adobo sauce pita" which was soggy and slightly warm on the edges and fridge cold in the middle. It came with a brioche roll with cheese on the side that was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ridiculous lounge. You get free soda, beer and peanuts. That's it. Everything else is paid for, which is the first lounge doing that I had ever been to. Internet is painfully slow: ping 1000 ms, jitter through the roof, 0.5 MBit down/0.3 MBit up. Forget about placing any call or doing any meaningful work. Unless you're using Priority Pass, don't bother.

Seems like he doesn't care about his job. Never ever going to choose this airline. Please consider carefully before travelling with them. Zero rating.
