★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia fui de invitado y se les iba la luz cada 15 min su planta de luz no servia y no tenia combustible no querian dar servicio de agua en los sanitarios y los meseros muy poco atentos y no habia un encargado q se hiciera responsable las instalaciones muy bonitas limpias y los jardines tambien muy bonitos y podados lugar excelente servicio pesimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito lugar pero pesimo servicio, la dueña no resuelve nada, se corta constantemente la luz, y los encargdos no son flexibles para solucionar el problema, los baños sin agua y todo el evento tambien sin luz, en nuestro evento facil se nos corto la luz sin que resolvieran nada unas 7 veces.
Nice place but terrible service, the owner does not solve anything, the electricity is constantly cut off, and the managers are not flexible to solve the problem, the bathrooms without water and the whole event also without electricity, in our easy event the electricity was cut off without solving anything about 7 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se fue la luz y no había agua en los baños, aparte los meseros no te dejan ni tomar un refresco para una mesa ellos te lo tienen que servir, que no se supone que es refresco ilimitado.
Y CUIDADO CON SUS CLAUSULAS. No soy invitado soy el novio y sobre esos asuntos no los específico en un comienzo en segundo punto menciona mucho el hecho de que regalo una hora extra, pero que ocurrió con la luz y el sonido se tuvo que pagar más porque aunque fue un error de ustedes no se pudo mejorar el asunto, y solo es para que las personas sepan cuáles son las problemáticas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, van 2 ocasiones que agendo cita con la intención de contratar y nunca llegó la persona encargada, nisiquiera fue digna de responder nuestras llamadas y cancelarnos la cita, yo no entiendo como quieren vender así, la verdad CERO recomiendo que pierdan su tiempo en ese lugar, que les pasa, gente de lo peor, si no respondieron no me imagino como se ubiera arruinado mi evento, un día tan especial arruinado por gente tan de baja calidad. DE VERDAD, NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO AHÍ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vienes a ver los comentarios para saber si te conviene contratar este lugar para un evento, la verdad es que el lugar es bonito y esta cuidado sin embargo yo estaba interesado en rentar el lugar para un evento y me dejaron plantado 2 veces y si ahorita nos quedó mal no quiero imaginar a la hora de organizar el evento.
