★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En algún momento tuve evento en este lugar y lamentablemente tanto yo como mis invitados recibieron un muy mal trato por parte de las personas que administran el lugar, los encargados te dicen que tendrán adornado de cierta forma para tu evento y no está como ellos te dicen, me dijeron que pondrían una persona en el acesso para que pudiera recibir los boletos y al final no hubo nadie esto provoco que llegarán personas que no había invitado y pudieran entrar con facilidad y las personas de su "servicio" de valet parking se portaron groseras con mis invitados al punto que tuve que salir a intervenir y al final a mi me querían golpear, además no permitieron el acceso temprano a las personas de la Sonora que se había contratado, esto para que se pudieran instalar, argumentaron que no podían ingresar por gastaban luz, siendo que mi contrato ya estaba corriendo, cuando llegamos la Sonora no pudo comenzar a tocar por que no pudieron instalarse en tiempo, y tengo evidencia de que ellos habían llegado temprano.

Para "Salon Reyes" cada cliente es importante, para otorgándoles el mejor servicio con calidad y oportunidad.
Con respecto a su comentario, me gustaría saber en que fecha fue su evento, esto para la revisión de cámaras de seguridad y confirmar su versión.
Por otra parte, "Salón Reyes" cuenta con adorno al interior, que va incluido en el costo de la renta. No quiere decir que nosotros vamos adornar para su evento, si el cliente o adquiriente del lugar necesita poner mas adornos, se les permite. Y por ultimo pero no menos importante, la renta consta de 5 horas de evento en el lugar. Siempre se ha permitido el acomodo, ensayo y entrada de bebidas desde un día antes, por lo que su comentario me causa conflicto de veracidad, por ello se tiene un Reglamento interno el cual puede solicitar al momento del contrato.

It does not mean that we are going to decorate for your event, if the client or purchaser of the place needs to put more decorations, they are allowed. And last but not least, the rental consists of 5 hours of event in the place.
