The Hall does not comply with the sanitary measures for the covid, they do not take your temperature and they do not respect the established capacity, the hall is sold to you according to more than 250 people capacity when its limit should be a maximum of 200 people, the hall is small and even with a capacity of 50% established by the secretary of health they allowed the 200 guests to enter. The coordinator Irving Martínez lacks professionalism and education, he was super rude and was not aware of what was needed in the room, to mention a few, there was no hand soap in the bathrooms or to dry your hands, they no longer had drinking water for the guests to drink, the food was served very badly plated and cold, not to mention that it tasted horrible, they did not put the tables upstairs with the plates and boxes of sweets and they neglected the guests who were there they had to go downstairs to have dinner , several guests were missing a dish to serve, whether it be an appetizer or a main course, the waiters are not trained, they took the plate away from you even when you were eating.
