★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ocupan productos de muy buena calidad, sin embargo pedí un corte en capas y no me lo realizaron así, les reiteré que quería el corte en capas y pregunté si ya lo habían hecho dado que no lo notaba en mi cabello pero me dijeron que sí, como el estilizado fue con las ondas naturales de mi cabello no se visualizaba bien y decidí esperar a que se secara pero ahora que está seco no me hicieron las capas como lo pedí, no sé porqué no siguieron mis instrucciones. Cuando reclamé sobre el trabajo mal hecho ni siquiera se dignaron a pedir disculpas y se mostraron con una actitud arrogante.
They use very good quality products, however I asked for a layered cut and they did not do it that way, I reiterated that I wanted the layered cut and asked if they had already done it since I did not notice it in my hair but they told me yes, As the styling was with the natural waves of my hair, it did not look good and I decided to wait for it to dry, but now that it is dry, they did not do the layers as I requested, I do not know why they did not follow my instructions. When I complained about the shoddy job they didn't even deign to apologize and were arrogant.
