★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien para una reunion con poca gente, cuenta con un area para escenario y una especie de balcon donde se puede ubicar un poco mas de invitados, sus sanitarios son un poco reducidos pero utiles al fin, un poco incomodo con los sanitarios de damas pues estan subiendo unas escaleras, cuentan con bodega y vestidor, y area de cocina, ademas de que su entreda sirve como pequeño estacionamiento
