A salon that is improving, and I have worked there 3 times, on a show for 15 years, and I am going for my fourth event. I recommend it. The owner is an approachable person. (Photo rehearsal in the Los Alcatraces Momoxpan Puebla room)

Olvidaron la fecha de mi evento y me dieron otro salón que no iba acordé a mi evento, aún contemplando que me pidieron dinero durante la pandemia y no fueron nada empáticos por la situación.
Pésima organización.
El personal de meseros era insuficiente.
Los baños muy pequeños y sin jabón de manos ni papel.
Pésimo trato por parte de la persona que agenda y coordina eventos.
Prometen un mobiliario y no lo dan, en mi caso fueron las sillas Tiffany y me dieron sillas con funda.
Pésima decoración para el evento civil.
No fue nada lo que esperaba para este gran evento en mi vida.
Very bad service.
They forgot the date of my event and gave me another room that did not go to my event, even contemplating that they asked me for money during the pandemic and they were not empathetic about the situation.
Terrible organization.
The wait staff was insufficient.
Very small bathrooms and no hand soap or paper.
Terrible treatment by the person who schedules and coordinates events.
They promise furniture and they don't give it, in my case it was the Tiffany chairs and they gave me chairs with covers.
Terrible decoration for the civil event.
It was nothing what I expected for this great event in my life.

Un detallito unos de los meseros exigía propina cuando la que nos atendió fue otra persona.
Estacionamiento mi carro no supe dónde lo dejaron y tardaron mucho en traerlo.

A little detail one of the waiters demanded a tip when the one who attended us was another person.
Parking my car I did not know where they left it and they took a long time to bring it.
