★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no saben atender a sus clientes ellos quiere mandar, no cordinan ellos mandan y además buscan cualquier cosa u oportunidad para cobrar más y al final ponen cara de súper buena onda para pedir propina. Además cuando se les pide algo se hacen los importantes y te dejan con la palabra en la boca. Gracias que soy muy joven y eventos tendré mil y no será en el TERA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes un evento en este lugar te recomiendo llegar temprano para poder encontrar estacionamiento ya que su estacionamiento es muy reducido y tiene capacidad para alrededor de 20 autos pero el salón es bonito por dentro
If you have an event in this place, I recommend you arrive early to find parking since its parking is very small and has capacity for around 20 cars but the room is beautiful inside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar bonito y elegante,cuenta con estacionamiento pero muy pequeño así que recomiendo llegar temprano ya que solo hay cupo para los primeros 20 coches puedes estacionarte frente al salón pero además de inseguro la calle eS muy angosta y se hace tráfico al momento de salir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy buen el salón, pero como en muchos otros, no hay área de fumadores y hay que estar saliendo a fumar y los que se encargan de abrir la entrada ( que no es una puerta como tal, si no más bien un cancel) se enojan de que sales más de una vez. De ahí en fuera el salón está genial. Los baños un poco mal planeados, pues la puerta choca con todo.
The lounge is very good, but as in many others, there is no smoking area and you have to go out to smoke and those who are responsible for opening the entrance (which is not a door as such, but rather a door) They are angry that you are coming out more than once.
