Me atendió una señora que le decían Coco, pésimo no sé ni por dónde empezar, me fui hacer un balayage, mostré fotos y me dijeron que si se podía hacer me pasaron y esta señora me hizo la decoloración y por estar atendiendo a otra persona lo dejo demasiado tiempo me dejo el cabello horrible nada que ver con lo que quería y aparte hecho pedazos, maltratado de una manera horrible, esto fue ayer y enserio no saben lo enojada que sigo, después de que le dije que no se parecía en nada su trato cambio totalmente obvio el mío también ya estaba muy molesta porque aparte ella se aferraba a que si estaba bien, mi cabello termino de tres colores distintos uno de ellos blanco y aparte la cínica todavía me trataba de vender más cosas y diciéndome que lo que yo me pusiera se me iba a ver bien por que era joven enserio, un lugar muy poco profesional porque nadie hizo nada al respecto, tengan cuidado porque ustedes confían y ellos salen con estas cosas.

Fui este Domingo 17 de Diciembre a realizarme un planchado sencillo de cabello, me atendió Martha pero ni si quiera me iba a poner protector de calor empezó a planchar así sin protector y le dije oye no me vas a poner protector y me dice a si pero me puso super poquito y cuando termino de planchar olia mi cabello a quemado y hoy están mis puntas super secas y habiertas, ?? no se vale q hagan las cosas por hacer y no cuifen el cabello de los clientes,
e ido en otras ocasiones a este mismo salón y nunca me habían quemado mi cabello al contrario super buena atención en ocasiones anteriores
