En fin no es mi problema pero en general está muy lejos de ser lo que esperaban sus fundadores que fuera. Algunas partes en el techo parece que van a caer en cualquier momento y los baños no están en buenas condiciones. Le falta un buen mantenimiento a este edificio para ser mejor y dar oportunidad a que nuevas personas lo soliciten, ya que con esto no parece adecuado. Al único evento en el que asistí que se realizó en este lugar, el salón entero lo entregaron sucio y con artículos en algunos rincones porque no pudieron sacarlos. Todo el lugar tenía una capa enorme de polvo y muchos estornudaron por ello. Podría ser mucho mejor si le dieran 'una manita de gato'...
