Llegue y me pasaron, me hicieron esperar media hora y cuando pregunté cuánto tiempo faltaba me dijeron que media hora más sin avisarme previamente que se tardarían 1 hora.
Me fui y me dijeron que hiciera Cita por teléfono para que fuera directo. Les hice cita para las 3 pm y cuando llegue me dijeron que estaban esperando a alguien más que me sentará. Como si en estos tiempos dispusiéramos del tiempo de los demás y me tomaron el pelo de esa manera literalmente. De lo peor en atención , servicio. Este lugar es nefasto y siguen usando mi imagen para promocionarse tras casi un año … menudos cínicos .
They stole an image of me without asking my permission, that's for starters...
I arrived and they passed me, they made me wait half an hour and when I asked how much time was left they told me that it would take another half hour without notifying me in advance that it would take 1 hour.
I left and they told me to make an appointment by phone so that it would be direct. I made an appointment for 3 pm and when I arrived they told me that they were waiting for someone else to seat me. As if in these times we had the time of others and they literally took me for a ride in that way. The worst in attention, service. This place is awful and they're still using my image to promote themselves after almost a year...so cynical.
