★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevaba más de 4 años asistiendo a su salón, sin embargo, en esta última ocasión Hugo el dueño, me hizo un presupuesto de 1 800 a $2,000 pesos por un trabajo de balayage. Al terminar el trabajo su novia me dijo que eran $3,500 que no era lo que Hugo me había dicho y comenzó a justificarse con X's cosas. El trabajo que me realice fue un regalo de cumpleaños que pago mi esposo por lo que tuve que llamarle para mencionarle el incremento de $1,500. Al mencionarle a Hugo y su novia Alexa del incremento, Hugo muy grosero me contestó que tenían otras sucursales en donde manejaban productos más baratos como Xiomara. La vdd me moleste mucho ya que no es el dinero y no porque abunde en mi bolsillo, si no las contestaciones del dueño que se supone debe ser amable con los clientes. Acepto que trabajan bien, sin embargo, la atención de parte del dueño fue nefasta y muy clasista. Por Dios, si quisiera tratarme con productos Xiomara hubiera ido a una Estética no a un "salón de belleza"
I had been attending your salon for more than 4 years, however, this last time Hugo the owner, made me a budget of 1,800 to $ 2,000 pesos for a balayage job. At the end of the job his girlfriend told me that it was $ 3,500 which was not what Hugo had told me and he began to justify himself with X's things. The work that I did was a birthday present that my husband paid for so I had to call him to mention the increase of $ 1,500. When I mentioned the increase to Hugo and his girlfriend Alexa, Hugo very rude replied that they had other branches where they handled cheaper products like Xiomara. The vdd bothered me a lot since it is not the money and not because it abounds in my pocket, but the responses of the owner who is supposed to be kind to the customers. I accept that they work well, however, the attention from the owner was disastrous and very classy. By God, if I wanted to treat myself with Xiomara products, I would have gone to an Esthetician not to a "beauty salon"

Hugo provided me with complimentary eyebrow lightening. I had treatment with caviar botox and my hair is silky soft. EXCELLENT!
