La última vez que fui, pedí un despunte de corte bob largo y termine con 10 cm menos de cabello! Realmente la persona no tiene ni idea del corte! Para "arreglarlo" fue cortando cada vez más y más hasta que me lo dejó muy muy muy corto. Les dije en caja que no había quedado conforme y me descontaron 30 pesos de la cuenta. Salí llorando del coraje ya que al día siguiente tenía una boda y no tenia cabello para el peinado! No deberían tener gente que no sabe hacer ciertos cortes. No vuelvo NUNCA!! I had always gone to haircuts there and always liked it until the girl who cut it for me stopped working there. The last time I went, I asked for a long bob cut and ended up with 4 inches less hair! The person really has no idea of the cut! To "fix" it, he cut more and more and more until he left it very very very short. I told them at the box that I had not been satisfied and they deducted 30 pesos from the account. I left crying out of anger because the next day I had a wedding and I had no hair for the hairstyle! They shouldn't have people who can't make certain cuts. I will NEVER come back !!

Si me gustó como me dejaron, las instalaciones, los productos y la atención de las chicas, el precio es razonable. Lo que no me gustó fue que mi cita era a las 10:30 y tuve que reclamar en la recepción por que ya eran las 11 y no me pasaban, al final me atendieron entre dos chicas para poder salir a tiempo para mi evento, y me ofrecieron el servicio gratis, pero solo acepté un descuento ya que no se me hacía justo que fuera gratis todo y prefiero mas la puntualidad y el respeto de mi tiempo.
